Mock Trials
Mock trials take place at all grade levels - Elementary, Middle School, and High School. Many courts allow these trials to take place in a real courtroom with a real judge, many for celebrating Law Day.
Putting on Mock Trials, published by the American Bar Association is an excellent resource. You can find many mock trial scripts and guides based upon fairy tales.
