World Space Week is in October.
Space Day is May 1 - you and your students (all ages) are invited to a live tour of NASA's Goddard Space Flight Center! Send in your questions ahead of time. Observed each year on the first Friday in May, Space Day is an educational event held on the first Friday in May. It's goal is "to promote math, science, technology and engineering education by nurturing young peoples' enthusiasm for the wonders of the universe and inspiring them to continue the stellar work of today's space explorers".
